Rodney Brown achieved his dual Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Political Science and Philosophy at Winthrop University, Rock Hill, South Carolina. Mr Brown furthered his education by obtaining his Juris Doctor at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Houston, Texas.
